One this day 21 June 2017

The wildlife at the park is now in full swing with the arrival of Large Skipper and  Ringlet Butterflies on the wing, Orchid still growing by the little stream. The only thing noted to day and the other day was the lack of the larger Dragonflies normally on the pond. Good numbers of the small Damselfly in the long grass. I had gone looking for shield bugs on the Hedge Woundwort (Stachys sylvatica). Did not find any here but did find some later on the lane on Banksfield.
