A little walk round the park to see if there was any Redwings arriving, but none so far.
On Kirk Lane park plenty of small birds but as it is at the moment to many people about so birds flying of before I get a photo.
Green Finch still about on the corner, next to the Yew tree, Long tailed tit, Coal tit, Blue Tit, Chaffinch , Robin, Blackbird and Mistle (song) Thrush.
Just the male and female Swans with one signet ( photos taken another day)

How cute is the Squirrel. The Redwings have been slow to arrive in the park here too, i've seen a few flying about but only a couple in the park and not very often. It's good to see the smaller birds are doing well, I think perhaps they've got used to the extra people in the park a little bit or they'd be gone completely!

ReplyDeleteStill no Redwings, did have a flock fly over the house when they first arrived but not seen any since then.
I'm pleased that people are out and about, but I do miss been able to go on a walk without groups of chatty people.
