Large Skipper Butterfly |
Had gone looking for Butterflies, the park was full of Large Skippers, forgot how small they were.
The wildflower Ragwort was providing much needed nectar for Ringlet Butterflies, but the Mistle Thrush still feeding young by the looks of the food in it's beak , was looking rather ragged.
It was nice to find some 7 Spot Ladybirds, they have had low numbers this year, and there was quite a few fish showing in the pond.
A new plant to add to my Park list, (that's if I have named it right)
